Andrew Handoll-Clark
I’ve enjoyed training since I was a teenager, playing rugby, martial arts, dancing, climbing, swimming, cycling, weightlifting etc. I later realised I got massive rewards from helping others, so fitness coaching was the obvious career for me.
I qualified in 2005, spent a year working at a health club in London, then returned to Bristol to set up my own mobile Personal Training business. I opened a gym in 2010 and moved my business to there. Since then I have helped many clients achieve their fitness goals.
Over the years, I’ve delved deep into the world of personal development and emotional processing work and this is a critical component in my service to my clients.
I also became a father in April 2019, so understand the challenges of maintaining a health regime with family pressures too.
I love what I do and feel extremely privileged to make positive changes in peoples lives.

I started my career in health and movement coaching in 2021 after leaving environmental science during the pandemic. I'd been practicing MovNat personally for a number of years, but began casually coaching during the lockdowns with friends and family. It was during this time that I realised that the enjoyment I got from coaching far exceeded my ability to sit still at a desk for 9 hours a day!
I've since qualified as a personal trainer and a certified MovNat coach. My life now revolves around helping people move better and find more enjoyment in movement. I'm continually studying movement and everything that contributes to it and I hope one to day to be as close to an expert as it's possible to be!
In my own training I mix my time between general movement training, korfball (you can ask me about this when we meet!), parkour, hiking and climbing (be it trees or rocks).
