Private 1-2-1 Sessions
Do you have any injuries or niggles you need to fix?
Some members don’t feel ready to jump straight into a small group programme and need, or would prefer, a more individualised approach for a while. We can focus on rehab, stabilisation and building mind/body awareness, before then moving onto building strength and work capacity. Progression can be done at your own pace, and we can get the programming fully targeted for your present abilities, weaknesses and goals.

Or, do you have a very specific or short time framed goal to achieve?
If you are training for an event (marathon, triathlon, competition, etc.) or must get in shape for something (a wedding, holiday, etc.) you also might need a more individualised approach. We can work with you to form a structured plan, programme workouts to do outside of our sessions and guide you in other lifestyle factors to achieve your goals.
Packages
All our packages include the programming, nutrition guidance and support you need to achieve your goals. If you choose the 2x or 4x month option, you’ll likely need either some home gym equipment or access to a gym to perform additional workouts. There’s a minimum 3 month commitment.
